Hidden between Beau Plan and Anjalay Stadium, in a quiet corner of Bois Rouge, you’ll find Just Natural — a small regenerative farm built on land that once held nothing but tired sugarcane. Today, it’s alive again. Birds, insects, fruit trees, vegetables, herbs… the place buzzes with life because we farm in a way that gives back more than we take.
At Just Natural we keep things simple: healthy soil grows healthy food.
No chemicals, no shortcuts, no glossy promises.
Just real farming.
We work with nature instead of against it: rotating crops, growing cover plants to protect the soil, and leaving the ground unploughed so the underground life (yes, all the insects, critters and fungi doing the real work) can thrive. We use compost, mulch, chopped plant matter, rainwater harvesting, swales, and solar power to keep our footprint small. Nothing fancy. Just common sense that the land appreciates.
But this farm isn’t only about soil. It’s also about soul.
People come here to breathe a little, slow down a bit, and remember where food actually comes from. Our “we farm, you harvest” market gardens let you pick your own fruits and vegetables — a simple pleasure that most of us have forgotten. And it’s something kids absolutely love!
