Time For Her is a Lean In circle aimed at women in a leadership position.

Once a month a circle is formed to have meaningful conversations and exchange experiences around a specific theme.

The upcoming one, is titled “From Anxiety To Alignment”. Leadership often comes with pressure where we have to carry both the weight of our team’s success and our own well-being. It’s not unusual for anxiety to show up along the way. In this circle, we’ll explore questions many of us face: How do we meet fear with courage in our leadership? How do we hold space for our own anxiety while guiding others? And how can we cultivate and radiate calm, even in the midst of uncertainty?
